When PATCH first launched in Europe it came with only 12 months expiry date as this was all the regulator allowed as PATCH was a new product with never seen before techniques for packaging of sterilised plasters.\u00a0 This is an incredibly short timeframe given wholesalers often buy in bulk for 12+ months, that our early days were a real struggle to get into market.<\/p>\n

As a natural first-aid brand, we understand the significance of adhering to expiry dates to ensure the safety and efficacy of medical supplies. After careful consideration and collaboration with experts in the field, we initiated an extensive testing process to evaluate the quality and integrity of the PATCH bandage strips approaching their original expiry date. The testing involved various critical parameters, including sterility, adhesive strength, and overall product performance. I am pleased to report that the results of the testing exceeded our expectations, providing strong evidence that the PATCH bandage strips maintain their quality and efficacy even after the original expiry date.
\nOur findings can be summarised as follows:<\/p>\n
